  • Use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian;

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

Users may register as:

Patients may:

  • Schedule consultations;

  • Communicate with doctors through approved channels;

  • Access services offered on the Platform.

Doctors

Doctors may:

  • Create professional profiles;

  • Provide consultation services;

  • Manage appointments;

  • Communicate with patients.

Homeobay reserves the right to verify professional credentials submitted by doctors.

4. DOCTOR RESPONSIBILITY

Doctors using the Platform represent and warrant that:

  • They possess valid qualifications, registrations, licenses, and certifications required under applicable law;

  • All information provided on their profile is accurate and current;

  • They comply with all applicable healthcare regulations and professional standards.

Doctors are solely responsible for the medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment plans, and services they provide.

5. NO DOCTOR-PATIENT RELATIONSHIP WITH HOMEOBAY

The use of Homeobay does not create any doctor-patient relationship between Homeobay and any user.

Any doctor-patient relationship is exclusively between the patient and the selected healthcare professional.

Homeobay does not supervise, control, or direct the medical services provided by doctors.

6. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

The information available on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

Users should not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of information obtained through the Platform.

In case of a medical emergency, users should immediately contact emergency services or visit the nearest healthcare facility.

7. APPOINTMENTS AND CONSULTATIONS

Appointments booked through the Platform are subject to doctor availability.

Homeobay does not guarantee:

  • Appointment availability;

  • Consultation outcomes;

  • Treatment effectiveness;

  • Recovery or cure.

Online consultations may have limitations and may not be suitable for all medical conditions.

8. PAYMENTS

Where applicable:

  • Consultation fees are determined by individual doctors.

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

  • Users agree to pay all applicable charges before receiving services.

Homeobay may collect platform fees, service fees, or commissions as disclosed on the Platform.

9. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the applicable cancellation policy displayed at the time of booking.

Homeobay reserves the right to deduct administrative or processing charges where permitted by law.

Consultation fees may not be refundable after services have been rendered.
